Bouwinvest appoints Jeroen Reijnoudt as Head of Dutch Transaction Management & Development

Bouwinvest has appointed Jeroen Reijnoudt as Head of Dutch Transaction Management & Development effective 1 May 2025. In his new role, Jeroen will have final responsibility for the entire transaction management process from sourcing to delivery, development and redevelopment and the sale of Dutch real estate.

Prior to this appointment, Jeroen was Principal Portfolio Manager at asset management firm MN Services NV, where he was responsible for the development and management of real estate portfolios in North America, Europe and the Netherlands. In Europe, Jeroen was also involved in the creation of several large open-ended residential real estate funds. In the Netherlands, Jeroen was closely involved in the founding of real estate manager NLV. Jeroen also has many years of experience with a number of large project developers and land management companies.

Bouwinvest expands platform

Investment manager Bouwinvest aims to increase its assets under management in the coming years, both through its funds and mandates in residential, healthcare, retail, hotel and office properties, and through new investment products that meet the needs of institutional investors. Bouwinvest recently launched the € 400-million Dutch Social Impact Real Estate Partnership for the ABP and bpfBOUW pension funds.
