Mark Siezen in Dutch financial daily:
scaling up to create more value for investors

Bouwinvest currently manages €16.6 billion in assets on behalf of 34 institutional clients and aims to nearly double this to €25-30 billion by 2030. While half of this growth will come from our strong foundation—Dutch pension funds and insurers—demographic shifts are limiting the expansion of pension capital in the Netherlands. “That’s why the other half of our growth must come from international investors,” says CEO Mark Siezen.

According to Siezen, this expansion benefits all investors: “A larger investment portfolio allows us to attract top real estate opportunities and talent while maintaining competitive management fees. Ultimately, this translates into stronger financial performance for our clients.”
