Bouwinvest has appointed Henk van Kleij and Martin Otten as development managers within the Acquistion and Development team to work on the €300 million investments in housing assets planned this year for the Dutch Residential Fund.

The Acquisition & Development team is active across all Dutch sector funds and is currently working on around 20 Bouwinvest new development and redevelopment projects including: Summertime, Stadionplein and the Citroën buildings in Amsterdam, Villa Industria in Hilversum, Veemarkt and Zijdebalen in Utrecht, Oostduinlaan and CityPrince in The Hague and Picuskade in Eindhoven.

Martin Otten joins Region North within the team managed by Ebe Treffers. As a senior development manager he will be responsible for the development and realisation of projects such as Stadshagen in Zwolle and the Juliana location in Apeldoorn, as well as several acquisitions in Amsterdam and ‘t Gooi for the residential and healthcare funds. From 2006, Otten was active in various roles at KondorWessels Vastgoed.

Henk van Kleij will join Region South under the management of Jan Bruil, where as a senior development manager he will be responsible for the development and realisation of projects like Boszoom and Marquant in Pijnacker and Cityprince and Oostduinlaan in The Hague. Prior to joining Bouwinvest, Van Kleij worked as a project developer at Eigenheid Vastgoed, commercial deputy director at Ballast Nedam and development manager at Rabo Vastgoed.
