Bouwinvest welcomes new tenants in WTC The Hague
Bouwinvest REIM has contracted several new tenants and signed extensions on existing agreements on behalf of the Office Fund in the WTC the Hague. In total, 1,850m2 of office space has been let. New tenants include Sprangers Van den Ende accountants and legal advisors, SENS Real Estate, Task Force Healthcare, Tymlez BV. Women in Cybersecurity, Dong Dao, CTE Techno, Briddge, Edge Consultants, and Simplify Now. Raffemet Commodities and Staffing Associates extended their tenancy agreement.
The WTC The Hague is the most multifunctional office building in the Beatrixkwartier district of the city, with a mix of offices, food and beverage and other daily facilities. The building is currently undergoing a rigorous transformation in which the main entrance is being moved and is receiving a new look. Moreover, two new facilities will be added, namely theĀ Mondano bar and brasserie as well as an AH-to-Go express supermarket. In addition, NH hotels will get an entirely new conference room with a capacity for 500 people. The reopening will take place in mid-June.
