Bouwinvest sells seven residential blocks across the Netherlands

The Bouwinvest Residential Fund has sold seven residential complexes in Rotterdam, Assen, Ede, Hoogeveen, Roosendaal, Valkenswaard and Venlo. The disposal is in line with the Fund’s strategy to optimise the portfolio and sell off non-strategic assets.

A number of the residential blocks are located outside the Fund’s focus areas while others are rent-controlled homes. The proceeds of the sale will be invested in residential units in the mid-range and private rental sectors within the core areas that Bouwinvest is focusing on. Bouwinvests expects that  demand for this type of housing will remain strong.
