Bouwinvest appoints Jeroen Beimer as new Head of Research & Strategic Advisory

Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has appointed Jeroen Beimer as its new Head of Research & Strategic Advisory. He succeeds Marleen Bosma who recently took up the newly created position of Director Strategic Business Development.

Jeroen has extensive experience in data analytics and research and has been working for Bouwinvest’s Research & Strategic Advisory department since 2017. After starting his career with Global Property Research, he subsequently held positions with Rabo Real Estate Finance, FGH Bank and Bouwfonds. In his new job, Jeroen and his department will focus more on data collection, analysis and forecasts.

A well-considered investment decision is key to generating an optimal financial and social return for Bouwinvest’s clients and the Research & Strategic Advisory department is an important lynchpin in this process. The team analyses investment opportunities in the Netherlands and globally and provides analysis on markets and the latest trends.

A total of 36 pension funds, insurance companies and charity organisations invest in Bouwinvest’s fund. Bouwinvest currently has €15.7 bn in invested capital in five Dutch sector funds and international mandates in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
