GRESB-BREEAM Award 2022 nomination for Dutch Institutional Retail Fund

The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund has a chance of winning a GRESB-BREEAM Award 2022 in the category Responsible Investment for Large Portfolios. A great appreciation for all the efforts of the Retail team in the past period!

Parkweide in Ede, for example, scored very well: a future-proof shopping centre, equipped to meet the challenges of climate change and to limit its risks. Bouwinvests properties must be 'Paris Proof' by 2045, which is crucial for both users, society, as well as our investors. Thanks to its efforts in the field of sustainability, the fund received five GRESB stars in 2021. This places the fund among the top 20 percent of best performing real estate funds in the world. 

The BREEAM Awards recognise the achievements of those involved in the specification, design, construction and management of BREEAM-certified buildings. The awards ceremony will take place at the BREEAM Summit on 22 March. For more information please visit https://www.breeam.com/awards/.
