Bouwinvest welcomes Nike as new tenant at Lijnbaan Rotterdam

The Bouwinvest Retail Fund has signed a lease agreement with US sports company Nike for Lijnbaan 111. This retail unit is located near the Lijnbaan - Oldebarneveltplaats intersection. Nike’s new store will be divided between the ground floor and the first floor. 

In the period September to December 2023, the leased premises will undergo a major refurbishment, including the complete renewal of the facade and measures to improve the sustainability of the unit. Nike is expected to open its doors to shoppers in the spring of 2024.

Lijnbaan 111 is part of the Bouwinvest Retail Fund’s complex of over 9,000 m2 of stores, centrally located in Rotterdam’s core shopping area. Well-known tenants include Levi's, Both, Intertoys, Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall&Gall.
