Bouwinvest Hotel Fund Global Sector Leader in 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment

For the first time, the Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Hotel Fund has been recognised as a Sector Leader in the hotel category no less than four times in the 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment for Standing Investments. The fund was awarded the title Global Sector Leader 2024, but was also recognised as Global Non-Listed Sector Leader, Regional Non-Listed Sector Leader Europe and Regional Sector Leader Europe.

These four accolades highlight the fund’s leading role in terms of sustainability performance in the real estate sector. GRESB Sector Leaders are selected based on the highest scores per sector and region, with entities that score within one point of the top also being recognised.

The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Hotel Fund focuses on high-quality, sustainable hotel real estate investments in key Dutch cities. The fund focuses on stable long-term returns and has shown a great deal of resilience, despite crises such as the recent COVID-19 pandemic. This reflects the strength and resilience of the hotel market.
