Bouwinvest Residential Fund sells 48 homes in Haarlem
The Bouwinvest Residential Fund has reached agreement on the sale of 48 homes in Haarlem. The homes were built in 1990, and most of them have A or B energy labels.
The homes, with an average surface area of 73 m², are located in the Zuiderpolder-noord district of Haarlem and are divided over two residential complexes.
Commenting on the transaction, Paul van Stiphout, Fund Manager Dutch Residential Investments, says: “This sale is another step in the optimisation of our portfolio. This transaction will help us to improve our performance and offer our investors a stable return.”
Arjan van der Kooij, board member at tbm real estate investors: “The acquisition of these properties in Haarlem is a perfect fit with our strategy to add high-quality and energy-efficient homes to our portfolio. We are delighted with this opportunity.”
Capital Value and NewGround Law assisted the Bouwinvest Residential Fund in the sale.
